30 minutes recumbent bike (program 4, resistance 8..tough stuff)

150 side gut shots (heavy bag)
150 jabs (heavy bag)

60 crunches
60 left side twists with pilates ball
60 right side twists with pilates ball

This is my workout for 03/05/2011

 Due to rain in the area, I could not run outside so my nephew and I had to switch up our plans.  I wrote a circuit workout and we completed.

25 Straight Toss 8lb ball
25 Lunge and Toss 8 lb ball

5 min cardio (treadmill or recumbent bike)

20 Back Leg Kicks on the wall
20  Side Leg Lifts on the wall
20 modified Mountain Climbers
20 Wall Pushups ----repeat this entire section x3

5 min cardio (treadmill or recumbent bike)


20 Chest Press on the floor (10lb)
20 Chest Flys on the floor (10lb)
20 Tricep pulls behind head (10lb)
20 One arm rows on each arm (12lb)

5 min cardio (treadmill or recumbent bike)


20 ball crunches forward
10 ball crunches to the right
10 ball crunches to the left
20 Shoulder Press on the ball
20 Curl and Press on the ball
20 Lower Ab "walk outs" on the ball

5 min cardio cool down (treadmill or recumbent bike)
